A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Good questions.
Clear answers.
New to body grooming? Here’s what to know before your first visit.
What kind of grooming is this?
Silverback focuses on men’s body-hair trimming and cleanup. Choose the areas in your package and tell us your preferred length. Haircuts, beard, scalp and facial grooming are not included. We do not offer waxing, laser treatments, skin treatments or intimate-area services.
Where can I make an appointment?
We’re developing our San Diego launch. Contact us for confirmed partner-location details and appointment availability. An inquiry does not reserve an appointment; we will confirm the location, service and time with you.
What does the membership include?
Essential is $79/month for one full-body trim. Plus is $99/month for one full-body trim and one short maintenance visit. Distinguished is $119/month for one full-body trim, one maintenance visit, plus ear-hair, external nose-hair, eyebrow, and extra neck/shoulder detailing. All services are non-intimate and use electric trimmers. None is an unlimited plan. Availability and full billing, renewal, and cancellation terms are provided before enrollment.
How do holiday packages and gift cards work?
Holiday Ready is a one-time $119 Beach Ready grooming visit, not a subscription. Gift-card amounts are $50, $100 and $150. Ask us to confirm availability, gift delivery, redemption details and any applicable terms before purchasing. The gift presentation shown on this page is illustrative; no physical gift bag is promised.
Does an inquiry book or charge me?
No. Our inquiry tool prepares an email that you review and send from your own email app. It does not confirm an appointment, take payment or enroll you in a membership.
